StudioBase Demo Privacy Notice
Version 2026-11-02
This notice covers the StudioBase demo studio. It says what we collect, why, and for how long.
What we collect
- Your name and email, to send your confirm link and demo PIN, and to follow up once about StudioBase.
- How long you use the demo, and on which days. Time only counts while the page is on screen and you're using it.
- Which pages and features you open, and what you try to do, including buttons the demo stops because it's view only.
- Errors and things that don't work for you, including anything you send with "Something not working?".
- Roughly where you are: your city, worked out from your internet connection. We don't keep your internet address, and we never ask for your exact location.
- A random id for this browser, so your PIN works only on your device. It's made by this site and isn't linked to anything else.
What we don't collect
- Anything you type into the demo.
- Screenshots or recordings of your screen.
- Details of your device to recognise you (no "fingerprinting").
- Anything through other companies' tracking tools. Everything stays with StudioBase.
Why
To run the demo, to make StudioBase better, and to follow up once about StudioBase.
Emails
When your demo ends (or after 3 days without using it), we'll email you a short survey, and one reminder if you haven't answered. Every survey email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click.
How long we keep it
- The step-by-step record of what you did: 90 days.
- Totals (time, days, pages used, problems), your survey answers, and your name and email: 12 months after you last used the demo. Then they're deleted.
- If you asked for full access, your request is kept with our early access list.
Your choices
Email hello@studiobase.pro to see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted.
